I believe hotel staff are cheaters. First they allotted me accommodation on 4th floor by the side of stair. It seems that they least care for customer.They charged me 600 rupees for service tax and luxury tax and didn't give me receipt for the same. When I asked for receipt, hotel manager Mr. Raj told me that makemytrip will give receipt, which is absolute nonsense. After lot of argument also they didnÂ’t give me receipt. I was so frustrated.

Overall experience is good since being new to Chandigarh. But rates are little high for such a standard of hotel.

Bad maintenance, awful breakfast, discourteous staff.

Hotel is surrounded by countless auto accessories & repair shops. Besides the noise, area is very dirty and roads are so congested and overflowing with cars, that one cannot walk freely without fear colliding with cars/two wheelers/cycle rickshaws every step of the way. I was really surprised to see many foreigners living in this hotel and others in Karol Bagh area. Maybe traffic in Delhi supersedes all other factors, hence people prefer to stay here. Of course if you are alert and careful with touts, autos and other shady characters, you can definitely get by. However I still wouldn't recommend this hotel to families - especially those with young kids. Even complementary breakfast was quite limited and definitely below my expectations. Bedsheets and blankets were ok, but towels were worn out and dirty looking. Staff was courteous and seemed to be attentive

The hotel is very well located in the centre of city at first floor of the building. The rooms are spacious with average facilities. Honeymoon Suite has only one room. Very limited lobby space and windows show only the out wall of the hotel. Still it can be considered good proposition for business travelers who want to use rooms for limited period of stay.

This property can be maintained well and it can definitely become much better from its present state... this needs to be maintained by professional people.

The check in is 12 noon. Instead it may be changed to 24 hours.
