City Heart Park Plaza Reviews, Chandigarh

Initally they offered us smelly and old room. After my request to change room they offered us another room. A room having two doors,window towards reception and no privacy was there.

Hotel condition was very bad . There were always found noise around.

This is a substandard property; not maintained in good condition.

The hotel could have been bit warn and better loacted.

Well, the hotel was prompt in answering calls, fast in check-in/check-out process, was central, walking distance to a big market... However had no cleaning of the room for 2 days I stayed, had no round the clock hot water, only toast butter for complimentary breakfast, sharp 12 they wanted the room out though no one stayed in there till 5 pm. On the whole okay for people who can compromise a little but not fine for people who want a perfect value for money.
