The overall experience was good.

Hotel services were excellent but breakfast spread was inadequate.

Steps away from the sea beach with beautiful lush green lawns sits Cidade de Goa. Clean swimming pools, sauna, steam, parlour and a great bar. What more can you ask for!

Stay was pretty comfortable.

Staff were polite as much as the hotel was good.

We found this hotel to have a beautiful setting. The grounds were outstanding. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere extremely friendly and the staff very accommodating. We ate in 3 of their 4 restaurants and the food was very good and was different in each restaurant. The beach and breeze were very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cidade De Goa.

We were a bit hesitant whilst booking, whether the hotel would be giving us a good room, since we had come via a discounted website. To our surprise however, the reception was absolutely marvellous. We chose this resort, since I had some business closeby, and we have stayed at most of the other "leading" resorts in Goa in the past. However, must say that Cidade de Goa was fabulous, and absolutely worth every rupee spent. We had a Deluxe Room facing the sea (Room No: 109), and it was almost as if one was staying on the beach itself. Thank you MakeMyTrip.

The hotel is the best place to stay for people who want to spend some quality time with their family. The staff are very courteous, professional and willing to help. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. A fantastic place, which provides complete value for every penny spent. The hotel because of the service would induce you to extend your stay as you feel at home.

Excellent hotel with a private beach. The spa and gymnasium facilities are complete. Dining in their restaurant and bars is a wonderful culinary experience.
