One of the best hotel to stay in, easy proximity to other places is an added advantage. Hotel is neatly maintained, friendly staff and reception desk is very helpful. Certainly recommended to people who want to have a comfortable stay in the crowded Mumbai.

The hotel was first of all located at Mumbai's happening place. Nariman point, amidst the Church Gate Metro Station, Many restaurants like Kamling, Gaylord etc. The Hotel Staff were very pro active and helpful in giving service.They also had Cab service which made my trip easier. The rooms were spacious and clean. Getting a room in Mumbai at this price for this kind is really difficult.Its really a worth staying here!We also got complimentary breakfast free as per the package.What more does any one want?

Although a bit expensive option, Chateau Windsor served its purpose for my US visa interview trip to Mumbai. It was very conveniently located with friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean and up to the standard. I would recommend this to others too.

Good, worth staying

Hotel rooms are in excellent condition. Housekeeping staff is really good,the only problem I found is in their room service and their break fast menu. I was on CP basis and almost everyday eating the same stuff and that too not of the level of room rates. It was really a bad impression. The best option is to take the EP plan. Rest I have no complaints.

Hotel staff was friendly and the location was perfect. It was far too expensive for what it was; but thats due to Mumbai being expensive and its location.

They gave me a deluxe room with the toilet outside of the room!! Was shocked. They said they could shift me to another deluxe room with an attached toilet only by 12:00 am midnight. I had to wait until almost 1:00 am to be shifted to a proper room. Lost my sleep. Couldnt even rest for long as I had to leave early the next day. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
