The service was good. Mr. Ramlal took personal care. Reception was good.

First day they gave us a very bad room and on our protest the next day they gave us a better room. Food was only selective as per their buffet menu. We could not order anything else as per our choice.

Cetrally located in Srinagar with excellent service,highly recommended for value for money.

A decent place with pretty average service. Its advantage is its close to the center of the city and the staffs are very helpful.

Complimentary breakfast was not provided. No extra bed was provided for third person.

No hot water, waiter wants tip for every work they do for us

The hotel management does not take care of their customers. They are intersted in making money only. The driver of vehicle was not cooperative and although we paid for 5 days trip, he was taking us to the places as per his wish only & did not listen to the customer demand. He also did not take care to even visit the tourist points on the way for which he has nothing to loose. The rooms were booked with breakfast but hotel did not serve the breakfast.

Average to good budget hotel, it is value for money as service is quite good and efficient.
