Nice Hotel. Good service. Located in a accessible point.

I was on my official tour of two days,, didn't had any idea about the place. Nicely located around 1 Km from the Siliguri Railway station, near to Darjeeling more is the best landmark. Hotel is good, value for money.

The hotel is situated at a peaceful area not very far from the market. Well communication with all the places of Siliguri. Shared autos are available. An excellent hotel which fulfills all the requirement. Food is delicious, Aloo parantha in breakfast was very tasty that I never had before. Rates are reasonable. Overall a good experience.

Food quality is very poor, but staff in the hotel are co-operative.

Very Average Hotel. I went first just to check the room rates and condition because they might give me a standard room instead of Classic room. Surprisingly they gave me the room they shown me even though that was triple bed room whereas I booked for double bed Classic room. I realized that the room was quite small around 8x10 ft and the toilet was quite old and the toilet seat was loose on the base. I checked out and observed that other rooms were much bigger than the room provided to me. As I observed a mini Suite as well as some other rooms. The way this hotel has the rooms is starting with Deluxe,royal Exec,Classic,Mini Suite and Suite. So apparently the one provided to us didnot appear to be the classic room.

The hotel is no doubt good. I was alloted Room no 203 at first but the AC was malfunctioned. I conveyed the matter to the room service and reception and withing 15 minutes they changed my room Room no 310, and that room was really terrific and worth staying!
