Good location, nice staff, decent food however needs improvement in room service, food quality and overall price equation.

The hotel location and condition is just satisfactory but the services are very poor.

Room was not up to the mark, blanket was not clean. However location is very good, near to Calangute and Baga beach which are the best beaches. Also close to Aguada Fort (Dil Chahta Hai fame). We get a local bus from Panjim to Kandoli where the hotel is, so very convenient. Food is expensive in the restaurant.

The Casablanca Resort is very well maintained and is just off the main road and is very peaceful.The staff is very friendly and the services are very good, right from the airport/station pick-up till the last drop.Overall, a truly homely experience.

It's best to say that it is all in one.Good in all respect. Staff, very cordial & co-operative. I felt home away from home. Best value for the money spent. If I happen to visit Goa again, I will surely love staying there. We are pleased in all respects. We hope this type of hospitality will be maintained by the Hotel Casablanca.Good luck and good wishes.
