Improve ur food quality ang services...

It was a horrible experience. The staff misleaded us a lot. We had booked an AC room but due to technical problem we were not availed ACs. Power shut down of more than 3-4hrs was carried out without making any alternative arrangements. Power was given 11pm in the night. Elders and kids suffered a lot. But we were billed for AC rooms without any consideration or humanity.

Over all its good if you dont want to use the toilets. And please remember to check the door none of them gets closed until you push them hard. Hotel reception will behave as managing director so beware of them and in the resturant you do not get what you like, you only get what they have prepared no options and never go for rotis it will take 30mins so always ask for rice.And volume of all reciption guys is too high so please insrease you volume if want to complaint or they wont listen to u.

Excellent location and food is also okay. They do not have swimming pool and toilet needs to be improved. Rest all is fine

This is a stinking hotel needs to be closed.

I had booked 2 rooms. The AC was almost non-functional in 1 room. Curtains were hanging from the rod in a shoddy manner, with part of it being undone. The water used to come very thinly in the toilet. Out of my 3 day stay, water ran out on 2 days and we were stuck in the toilet. Room Service took ages to serve food, with the minimum waiting time being 30 to 40 minutes. Most of the times no one picked up the phone in the reception & I had to call Room Service & ask them to pass on the message. The swimming pool, we found was not even cleaned & obviously not in use. They cleaned it the day we left. The pool table was covered in a dark cloth & we were told its not in use. The standard excuse was that you have come in the off-season. Then why the standard tariff?
