An average hotel. The food "a la Carte" was very good, but the evening buffet wasn't that rich.

Courteous manners by staff, excellent food and prompt service delivery is what we got beyond our expectations.

This hotel is delightful and in a great location. The hotel is very charming and the rooms are lovely. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The hearty breakfast was a good start to the day and the cozy room was a great place to return after a hectic meeting. The location was very convenient as it is right beside the bus terminal, The AC was more than satisfactory, A great stay- I would definately come back.

Overall the hotel is good but it lacks facilities like spa, other recreation facilities which is usually expected in 3 star hotels

ROOMS: adequate space, clean, cosy, well laid out. STAFF: polite,friendly and with positive attitude. CUSINE: tasty and well served. GUESTS: had their class.O VERALL: nice experience

They are currently remodeling the lobby. We asked for a 7:00 wake up called, we were called at 5:30 and again at 7:30. Frustrating.

The room is small and the quality of soap low for the price of the room. It's a very noisy location.
