First we reached the hotel through a bed patch of road,and after reaching the hotel we have to keep waiting for 1 hr. and took cold breakfast,after calling 3-4 time we got some person to get at least some hot tea.the room given was terribly bad with no ventilation,after requesting to reception so many times we got other room with extra payment.Hotel services was terribly bad with bad behavior by reception people.I would summarize that except the location and proximity to golden temple hotel is not recommended at all.

Location of the hotel is the only plus point. Room service was satisfactory but the room itself was not clean and was unmaintained ,especially,bathroom which had many cockroaches.The passage was stinking. The room service staff were unclean and without proper uniform.In short no value for money.

Be customer focused and freindly. Respect your customer.

Very poor hotel, very small rooms, uncleaned, very poor service. Charged unreasonably high for just 2 km away railway station drop.

The room was too small and it felt crowded with tables and chairs and literally very little place for us to walk or keep our luggage. And the final billing was haphazard with the receptionist coming up with his own king of rates for coffee and service tax etc.

My room was on ground floor with no real window(room was on back side of hotel where window opened at back of other room).

Hotel staff is greedy to make money from travelers .I was charged 500 extra for checking early even though the room was the same which was to be given to me.The staff indulges in giving room on an hourly basis to people visiting golden temple and unlike many hotels in the city where tourism is the mainstay is least interested to accommodate. I could see an live eg. of a client hiring hotel room for 2 hours. The staff didn't take any I'd proof from that person which meant the security is also at risk for making money. My I'd proof was taken which was a booking through mmt.I called the hotel 1 day before that I might need an early check in to which they agreed(subject to availability)to my horror they asked for 50% tariff extra for same on arrival. After a huge argument I was able to get it down to Rs 500 as as there was nothing official about it .

Good hotel.

Hotel condition, nearness to Golden Temple, Jalaionwala Bagh and market & hospitality of staff are very good

Only the location is good. Service is pathetic. Don't know how to communicate with guests. Got my booked room at 2:00 PM. There are far more better hotels nearby.
