The key thing about going for this hotel is its location as it is located within one minute walking distance of the Golden Temple. The basic amenities provided in the hotel are of good standard. The hygeine is also well maintained in the hotel. The staff is courteous and responsive as well. If the focus is to visit the Golden Temple and Jalianwalla Bagh in Amritsar, this hotel is highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is the best and probably the reason why I would choose the stay again when I visit Amritsar again. It's right opposite to the Golden Temple and just a 10 min walk to Jaliawala Bagh. Services are a little over priced and room service could do with a little more politeness and quickness. Room was decent enough for a night's stay but the bathroom was all wet and not cleaned up when we checked in. We had to call the room service to clean it up once we checked in.

Can improve the washroom to make it better. Rest was ok. Noise level is quite high.

In our case the measure of satisfaction was the success with which we able to accomplish in our visit to the Golden Temple. Within that context the hotel was very satisfactory. We enjoyed the ability to leave our footwear behind; cross the 15 foot width of the road in front of the hotel gate, and virtually enter the precincts of the Golden Temple. We visited the Harmandir Sahib at 4 in the morning and found the experience to be uniquely spiritual. We did not visit the Wagah border or Jallianwala Bagh as that is not what we had come for. We stayed just the one night and at one meal at the hotel which was very pleasant. We found the staff to be very friendly and happy to assist. Finally, this is not a five star hotel as they are charging 2 star prices. It's just very good value for money in the context of what we wanted to achieve.

The location was great. Food was excellent and you can ask to make it less spicy. The service of all the staffs was good. They are friendly and you can request them for a late check out / baggage counter, etc. The room was just ok. You can stay for a short trip. The room was a tiny one.

Excellent place to stay if the purpose of your visit is Golden Temple. We had 2 senior citizens and 1 kid with us - so the location of the hotel was of prime importance. We booked 1 Deluxe Room and 1 Suite and found the stay very convenient. Hotel staff and service was also good. I strongly recommend this hotel for stay if you want to wish to visit Golden Temple multiple times during the day / during your stay.

Hotel was located just opposite Golden Temple easily accessible. Hotel was clean, staff and manger were very friendly, co-operative during our stay. Suites are the best rooms to be resided in. Housekeeping guy was very courteous and helpful.

It is the best located and economical hotel in the icinity of the Golden Temple.
