Experienced heavy electricity load shedding during stay with very poor power back up arrangements, pathetic food services, a very monotonous approach and atmosphere in the hotel.

The front office staff should be more active on resolving the complains.

The hotel itself is nice. We took the suit which was spacious and the view from room was also very nice. But the services are not that good. It seems that the hotel has lack of staff. Overall book this hotel for nice rooms and views but don't expect much in terms of service.

It was a decent looking hotel with most of the facilites available. Staff was very friendly and room service was very quick. Only worry for me was distance from mall road bit too far for a walk from hotel to mall road and back. overall very satisfied. would love to stay there again.

The hotel accommodation was excellent in all respect. Starting for the check in we were taken care of and were provided everything that we needed. Though the food quality can be improved a little but anyhow it was still better than the same range of hotels elsewhere. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend to others also.

Newly built, well maintained, courteous staff, awesome food, fast room service, Mr. Arvind and Mr. Hemraaj, the managers are very polite and courteous, Gave us the best available Super Deluxe room, best location, 1 Km from the mall road, 0.5 km from the Hidamba temple, heater was provided, location wise nice valley view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visting Manali. I recently visited on the 27th December, 2010 for 3 nights stay. Comfortable bed, was feeling at home.

Room booked was not good. On reaching there we have found that room is on backside of hotel and not providing any view. Thus we have given some additional money to upgrade the room, which has somehow good view but still the quality of that room was not good. I would like to say that it does not give me value for money.

The location of the hotel was excellent - within the city yet having calm surroundings.

Good hotel, It was worth staying there instead of one thing that buffet meals are bit expensive, else value for money hotel. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone.
