This hotel is too far from market place.Its very difficult to find & remember the way of the hotel.

This was a trip that I had hoped to cherish since it was being planned for long but little did I know that the most awaited location for me could turn into the most nightmarish experience for me. So much so that I couldn't wait to get out of there. A basic amenity of having debit/credit card machines is expected by tourists to have in every hotel, especially big decent hotels in Darjeeling. The fact they have a "We accept Cards" poster on their reception desk should mean that they have this facility but nowadays it's more of a fancy package that is being offered irrespective of the fact that you don't actually have that service to offer. A similar thing happened with me and my mom on our trip to Darjeeling, it was the last day of our trip and we were exhausted of the cash and decided to pay the hotel and the taxi fare to the airport by a debit card but to our shock, the hotel didn't have the facility even after displaying the poster. To add on to this, there was no electricity in the city on the day of our departure and the ATM machines weren't working. Definitely not the hotel to go if you are two ladies alone thinking that things are different now.

More or less satisfactory. Location and condition for accessibility is poor especially the road in front is in very poor shape.

It was good staying in the hotel. Food was also good, the only suggestion is to look after the geyser which wasn't functioning properly.

The hotel has excelent value for money, well decorated rooms with simple delicious food, as if you are eating home food. Though I booked it for a day, I would definately visit Broadway Annexe,specially in the winters as you get to see Mount Kanchenjuga range from the room. Great view.

Hotel Broadway Annexe is a good value for money hotel. The only factor which may distract the prospective visitors is its distance from the taxi stand. It is about 1 km in the uphills & with the luggage it becomes essential for the tourists to hire a porter.
