Corner room provided with no sunlight, natural scene not available. Same price good room can be available in other hotels.

Hotel location is fantastic close to mall road and view from hotel is also very good but service is pathetic. We need to call 3 to 4 times to reception like drinking water, room freshener.

Good Hotel with a history. At a very good location.

Worst behaviour. Luxury 2 rooms got booked while provided One Family Suite. This is because they have already received the payment and due to season all rooms were allotted to Cash customers at high prices.

Location is very good but food is very costly. The Room / Bathroom is not attractive.

I think I'm generous enough to rate this hotel of Medium category even after you see people booking the same type and category of room on spot in less than half price. I can rate the food from Motimahal, washrooms and the view from hotel (on the front side) as Excellent. I think there are better hotels at the same price. :-)

Good things about the hotel: The only good thing about the hotel was its location. It was right on the Mall. The restaurant food was also good, although not cheap by any means for the standard of the hotel. Taxi service provided was also decent. Areas of improvement: Otherwise, rooms are just mediocre. Service is quite bad. We did not have hot water in the room for almost a whole day and had to make do by using the toilet from another vacant room. Summary: Below average hotel at a great location.
