Bridge View Regency Reviews, Shimla

The hotel is located on the Mall road and yet at a very good height to offer scenic views. Also the hotel terrace is quite big with panoramic view of the Shimla city. Hotel rooms are good but require up gradation in terms of upholstery, but otherwise room size is quite good. Room service and food was excellent and also the staff was quite courteous as we had 5 hours for our train...And a room was offered to us at no extra cost. We were sent a cake and fruit basket on welcome. Only the rooms need to be upgraded to make it the best stay option.

Corner room provided with no sunlight, natural scene not available. Same price good room can be available in other hotels.

Hotel location is fantastic close to mall road and view from hotel is also very good but service is pathetic. We need to call 3 to 4 times to reception like drinking water, room freshener.

Good Hotel with a history. At a very good location.

Worst behaviour. Luxury 2 rooms got booked while provided One Family Suite. This is because they have already received the payment and due to season all rooms were allotted to Cash customers at high prices.

Location is very good but food is very costly. The Room / Bathroom is not attractive.

I think I'm generous enough to rate this hotel of Medium category even after you see people booking the same type and category of room on spot in less than half price. I can rate the food from Motimahal, washrooms and the view from hotel (on the front side) as Excellent. I think there are better hotels at the same price. :-)
