The 78 centrally air-conditioned rooms at Bridge View Hotel are categorised as Deluxe rooms and Super Deluxe rooms which are further sorted into Ultra Luxury rooms, Maharaja Suites, Family Suites and Ultra Deluxe rooms. All the rooms offer carpeted flooring, and amenities common to them all include: satellite television, telephone, heater (on request), and an attached bathroom with modern fittings and 24 hour hot/cold water. 24 hour room service is also available. The Maharaja Suite is the highest category with two double beds, 2 attached washrooms, 2 televisions and a large seating space.

Jhelum is the hotel's restaurant that offers Indian fare. It is open for breakfast (7:00 am to 11:00 am), lunch (1:00 pm to 4:00 pm) and dinner (8:00 pm to 11:00 pm).
