Good stay.

Decent staff and Mr.Ramesh was so helpful. He is a great customer service custodian of the hotel. The hotel needs a big renovation otherwise, the rooms are old, windows wont lock and no hot water.

We have liked the big room size. But the mattress was poor for hotel standard and felt even humid! The big lobby and waiting/sitting area is agreeable. The food was so so. Anyway for this price the value of money is quite OK.

The bar WILD WEST was good with reasonable price.

The hotel (Breeze Residency) looks old from outside and provide a deceptive image. Inside, it offers a nice large room with better than 3 star facilities. They provide ample toiletries, towels and even a comb, a hair-oil so that you donÂ’t need to ask for anything. The breakfast provided was very nice as well. It had both local and international with choices. I stayed there only one night. When I left the hotel, I thought I must come and stay with my loved ones for a week...

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is courteous. Food is OK. But I felt that the room rent and the food rates are on the higher side for a 3 star property.

Difficult to find but charged high charge to transport to airport, which hardly 10 minutes drive.

Never bothered to drop us even at 0000 hrs to catch the train at 0030 hrs. We struggled to reach the station. Not courteous.

The location of the hotel is strategic in this city. Easily accessed from railway station and central bus stand. The ambience is OK. But this is not a hotel for the time concious person where everything seems to move at snail's pace be it restaurant or room service or bell desk. Reception was good in behaviour and attention but believe they have no administrative control over service quality of employees. It took an hour and four calls to get a newspaper.

Good service. Keep it up.
