Room should be maintained clean. Staff needs to be trained.

Hotel staff should be more interactive. They should provide travel guides to visit nearby sites of interest.

This has been my best stay at a hotel booked through MakeMyTrip till date. The hotel is located just next to the main Alibagh bus stand, so its a busy area dotted with shops and market next to the hotel. As you enter inside the hotel the whole aura changes. The hotel management has done a great job in maintaining every single detail inside. Room were decent with comfortable ample space. It has a decent pool, a water slide, badminton court, table tennis, and a big poolside lawn with ample sitting arrangement. Food was way better than anything that we found outside. Staff was amiable and service was as good. Had all the basic amenities and it was a true value for money. Overall, I had a great stay there.

I was bit apprehensive of the type of hotel I will get in a place like Alibaug. However I was pleasantly surprised to see such a wonderful hotel. It had all the facilities which should be there in a star hotel. Kudos to Big Splash. Thanks to you MakeMyTrip to make my trip memorable.
