I booked for two nights but checked out after the 1st night itself and moved to another hotel. I think that says it all. The basic ammenities in the room where pathetic. There where no door mats on entrance or in the washroom, making the whole room wet and slippery. Water was leaking from various tap joints in the washroom.

I booked club class with additional tariff of Rs 700 per night, which makes the tariff Rs. 4400/night. But only difference between normal and club class is a balcony. If you are smoker and travelling with family, that might be a bit helpful. Otherwise Rs. 700/night extra doesn't make much sense. Hotel is very near to Taj. The bed sheet and covers were not clean, but they replaced on request. Bathroom gets water logged if you are not very careful. Quality of food is horrible, though their service is good in terms of time to delivery. The food plates and sugar container are not clean and quality of tea is very poor. Though they say complementary break fast is available till 10:30 AM, you will find most of the items are finished by 10:15 AM. Though they provide the missing items on request, but it takes time. So you need to do your breakfast early. Overall I would say the hotel doesn't worth paying more than Rs. 2500/night.

Overall the hotel was good value for money. It is located about 15 min walk from Taj in a bylane off the main road, opposite the JALMA Institute. Hard to find for first-timers. It would help to have a larger sign. We had booked two rooms, one of which was upgraded. The rooms were decent and clean. There were however a few problems. The flushing system in one of the toilets did not work, so buckets had to be used. There were no towels in one of the rooms, but these were promptly delivered on request. The locks on the doors are poor. They should fix bolts on the inside. The restaurant is small and chaotic, especially at breakfast time. If the hotel pays attention to small details without raising rates, it would provide extremely good value for money.

If you are searching some decent hotel close to Taj East gate (lesser crowded entry)then this is the right property for you. It is right next to Shilpgram parking from where you can get Taj entry tickets and golf carts to go till Taj (as private vehicles are prohibited beyond this point). Room service & food quality was okay.

The hotel is good people are friendly,room is clean and spacious but definitely does not have the ambiance of a good hotel. It is a house changed in to a hotel the most deplorable part is the restaurant which serves very bad food quality and takes hours to serve very basic food. Overall a good place to stay if you are in Agra for a day or two.

The hotel room as well as the wash room were clean. All the facilities in the room were good. AC and TV were excellent. The parking was open so if you expect covered parking then this is not a hotel for you. The staff were polite but the service were slow but good.

My family (me, my wife and 2 yr kid) stayed in premium room in Bhoomi Residency. Overall I am satisfied with the hotel. Below are some of my positive and no-so-good feelings: 1) Hotel location is excellent, 300 meters from Taj, 4-5 km from Agra Fort 2) Rooms sizes are good, but bathroom size is small as compared to room size 3) Taj Mahal can be seen clearly from roof top! 4) Food quality was good and price were reasonable (ex. 80rs for yellow daal) 5) Room service was very good and staff was well behaved 6) There was no Tea/Coffee Maker, though this facility is mentioned in the Premium room. They tried to purchase it from market, but could not get it. I required it for heating milk for my baby. But the staff assured that they would proper support for baby food during any time of day/night. 7) The staff people bought Taj Mahal tickets, arranged auto-rickshaw for visiting Agra Fort at reasonable rates. Overall I was satisfied and the hotel rates are value for money.

Location is very convenient and walk-able to Taj Eastern gate. Room in decent condition. Had starting problems with hot water in the beginning of the day but the staff fixed it right away. Limited but decent breakfast. Definitely worth the money spent.

I have recently visited Agra on 8-10 July and stayed at Bhoomi Residency and I am quite satisfied with the service and co-operation of hotel staffs. The front desk reception was quite prompt and helped us to avail vehicle on request and that too at very reasonable price...(As while going to see red fort they arranged Auto just took Rs 150 from hotel to the fort including both side fare, waiting time for lunch and 1hr 30mins fort visit). F&B service was also good as we checked in late at around 9.30 pm but got dinner within 10-15 minutes...Room was neat and clean with ample space with good furniture... I have no issues at all although it was a pleasant surprise for me to get satisfying services at a very reasonable price. I would certainly recommend as my experience was really good..

Nice fresh and clean hotel. Rooms were basic but very clean. Bathroom clean but badly finished. We could not get hot water but it was only for one night so didn't bother to complain. Restaurant looked nice but dirty at closer inspection. Things like serving plates and dishes were greasy and handles had old dried food on it. To bad because it'd been easy to clean! Breakfast was averaged but had omelettes so OK. Staff was very nice and courteous. Front desk happy to help but did charge well for their service. All in all, a basic, clean, reasonable priced place with perfect walking distance from the Taj for one night.
