The hotel lobby is very impressive but the floors and rooms are more like the hospital rooms....Just gives you the feeling you are in one. The staff seem to have serious communication problems. The service at their Kempu resturant should be given an award for the worst in the region. The staff is not interested in serving, they wear a constipated face all the time. We unfortunately had to eat there 3 times and the average time it took for them to take our order was 20 minutes....no exageration here. Their location is the only plus point. Only 5 minutes from the Railway station and the Boad Jetty (Ferry Ride station). Would not recommend.

No health fossette in the toilet. Air-conditioner was making noise. Security people are not courteous. Everything is mechanical.

Old hotel, Rs. 1200 for non air-conditioned room that too at Ernakulam is bit more, but \I like it. Service, rooms, everything was good. Well no great views but good for stay, business in quite location.

This is a great value for your money. If you are a vegetarian and need good vegetarian food, this hotel is a no-brainer. One of the ebst hotels for the value of your money. The rates are very cheap and the quality of rooms and food was exceptional. Recommend this hotel with no reservations.

The location of the Hotel is excellent. The Servicess & the quality of the food served is also good. It is definately a value for money.
