The hotel was small and beautifully maintained. It is perfect for those who want to visit places along north Goa due to its location at sangolda. The service (especially Bimal) was brilliant and made a great difference to the stay. It is a good value for money. It does not have restaurant facilities to serve lunch and dinner but it is closely located to some of the good restaurants like Bhojan, NH17, O'Couquero which serve brilliant goan food. Enjoyed my stay there thoroughly.

A remodeled Portuguese building, the hotel has got 12 perfect rooms, in a completely quiet area. The approach to the hotel from the main road is great. What I liked about it is, the look of the building and its location: it is close to most parts of North Goa - Calangute and the surrounding beaches and also to Panaji and Mapusa. What else do you need if you want to spend the mornings at the cities shopping and the afternoons at the beach? The food unfortunately was not very good. The hotel's services were good in other aspects. They arranged a Honda Activa for me on the first day, and when I was not happy with it, they just sensed it and got me an Avenger, and then a jeep on the 3rd day at very low rates, even lower than what was available outside. The managers were rocking and they took personal care.

Good location with good service. Really enjoyed a lot. People are so helpful and they themselves arrange for everything. Food service is also very good.

When we reached we found everything pefect. The location was very near to main places like Baga beach, Calangute beach Panaji etc. It was really a perfect hotel. Even at night at 12 oclock we were hungry and ordered for french fries and the hotel people were very cooperative to send the stuff. Really it was a memorable moment in Goa.

The hotel is old building heritage which is maintained well. Delux category and executive AC are same room. So if its known to me earlier I could have book Delux category and not for executive Ac, by paying more. No swimming pool. Existing room conditions are good. The most important is that hotel services are very good and the hotel manager Mr. Bimal is a helpful person.

The hotel was located at a distance and had a very calm environment. This was the best they served and they arranged for the best facilities they could on MakeMyTrip.com.

The only thing good about the hotel was Mr Bimal the receptionist, he was too good available at any time , served with a smile always.... ever willing to help you with suggestions and info you required.... Otherwise it was just like a lodge/ .... the Portuguese heritage part (Kings and Queens suite)of the hotel is no more rented .... it was not in any way a 3 star...there was no standby generator .i recommend it only as a lodge .... the restaurant is not fully functional and one should expect only breakfast(toast,jam butter, eggs, juice) but full marks for the service rendered by mr. bimal who made me forget all the drawbacks of this place

Being a 3 star hotel, it misses out on the basic stuff like the internet which wasn't working, the quality of food in the restaurant which was not great, no tissue papers and no shampoo in the washrooms.

Nice hotel...has all the facilities. If u want a memorable trip book the queen /king suite. Overall, excellent and value for money.

Overall it was good experience. It is a small hotel. Many items written on the menu were not available. Food was a bit of a problem. Hotel Staff was good. Overall it was a good experience.

They dont have facility for city tours, cruises etc. It was nothing more than a lodge.

Guest service is very poor. Hotel staff does not know how to behave with customer. I will never recommend it to any one.
