We reached the hotel at 8PM and since it was dark it was difficult to find the hotel since it is 8 km away from munnar we called the manager of the hotel to guide us till hotel and at last we reached there.The manager there gave a room saying it is a honeymoon cottage which was not even in a state of a basic room.Room Status- There was a bad smell in the room like the room was not opened for a longtime. The bathroom doesn't have any ventilation at all. The room curtains and Bed was smelling bad. I was expecting some view from the room but there is no window in the room the only window was towards the hotel inside where the bathrooms and receiption was visible and I cant use it.The tubelight in the room was not functioning and we managed with bed lamp and other 2 small lamps. I requested for a different room and he replied we can get next day since it is occupied now.Services - No telephone service, I question why it is not there, then he replied like it will be disturbing so we don't prefer and he can give if we want it seems I did not understand wat he want to say.The employees of the hotel doesn't speak proper english or hindi. I was expecting that someone would come for taking the order for food which I already paid while booking the hotel. At last I personally went to the manager and ordered for food. Internet service - I can see the wifi signal in my device but can't access, I ran again to manager to give me the service, He replied he don't know the password and somebody else will come and give nobody turned up, I asked for servcie 2nd day, He said yes I will give after sometime and again no one turnedup.Food - I have pre ordered the food along with my hotel booking, the food was not at all eatable, we end up with not eating anything that night. and didnot ordered for the 2nd day.Overall the experience in the hotel is not satisfactory and not value for money.

The hotel was clean, but the rooms were small. Hot water was not there. This hotel is quite far from Munnar and there are not restaurants around. The in-house restaurant is pathetic. They take one hour to prepare food once you place your order. The restaurant has beef on their menu, so if you are a Hindu, then avoid this hotel at any cost.

The location of the hotel is the biggest drawback.

We were given a Honeymoon cottage instead of the deluxe room we booked for. It was a nice place, 10 km away from Munnar, cozy and comfortable.

The hotel rooms are very claustrophobic with very small beds (smaller than queen size), with very poor service. The breakfast should have been offered in individual plates as second helpings were not allowed. The Hotel is too far away from Munnar. Not very clean, the staff do not understand English or Hindi at all.

Hotel is good. Btu when i checked out, the counter person (Mr. Servanan) asked for more money due to confusion.

No proper response, service. Very far in munnar, rooms are not cleaned, food taste bad.

Room service was pathetic, no food provided after 3 PM. After taking order - they take min 2 hrs to serve. Breakfast gets over within 30 min after opening time. No cable service for entire day. No arrangements for drivers. Not even a single restaurant located near to the hotel...overall we are not happy with this hotel.

Hotel was good and clean, only thing is quite far from town, those who want to escape from people/town, this hotel is good place.

I booked 3 deluxe rooms,out of three one was in really bad condition,wall were not in good condition, room lock was very tight...when i asked the room service about the lock, i was told that due to cold climate the wooden lock is tight, but other room locks were in smooth condition. Its said to be 2 star hotel...even normal hotel rooms will look better than this one. Wi-Fi is available, but they said its chargeable, that too cannot be used beyond 9 pm, as the manager leaves his office, he switches it off. When we requested to on Wi-Fi during day time, he gave excuses, and on continuous request he turned it on for few minutes, and again disconnected it. Food prepared in this hotel is too much costly and not in good taste, for example one omelet is for Rs. 40, think other price too.
