Nice place to stay. Hotel staff litlle lazy.

I had stayed at Baywatch March\April 2010 so I knew it was a good hotel. However,on this occasion 15-18 Nov11, on the first night I was given Rm136 which is next to the reception, bar and main entrance. This was a mistake as this is the noisiest area and I could not sleep at all. However, I pointed this out to the staff in the morning and I was transferred to another much quieter room, 215 immediatley without any fuss. We received a Welcome Back cake in our room, which was a very nice gesture. All the staff is very attentive\helpful and are there to assist any time. Two things I would like the hotel to consider, 1. Make a private path from the hotel grounds\pool to the beach as I believe this would make the hotel an even more attractive proposition, and 2. My flight to Delhi was at 3.50pm, although I checked out at 11am, the guest's should be allowed a complimentary lunch, as this is the case in European hotels. The hotel food was delicious, our compliments to the kitchen staff and chef, the portugese\Goan night was great, my wife and I will most definitely stay at Baywatch without hesitation. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Clean and well maintaned, service is slow takes a lot of time even for just a single cup of tea if order from your room, the Villa provided for my trip was excellent and location is amazing!

Positive: Decent sized rooms, with good space area. Nice comfortable beds. Good sightseeing trip especially the cruise, but duration is very less. Negative: Food - Good food overall but very small dining hall for seating. Breads served in dinner were always cold which is very irritating for a Punjabi. Cleanliness: Rooms were pretty decent but the common areas like bars and pathways to the rooms were dirty and even slippery at some places. Beach: The way leading to the beach was the worst, It was slippery, not due to rains but because the tiles were not cleaned for ages and there was waterlogged on the way and we had to take our shoes off to cross waterlogged way because we wanted to go to the beach. No place on beach for guests to sit and relax. Bar: Complimentary liquor is good but hardly any good snacks were served. Veg pakoras and peanut masala were a total yuck. DidnÂ’t dare to spend more on any thing else.

My experience was good specially the food that was yummy. It was the location which was bit weird. In the sightseeing which was from the hotel the only thing which I don't like was the visit to a shopping mall. Anyway the overall experience was good. Thanks.

The hotel location is good, but the rooms and additional amenities (like pathway, pool) are all cramped within a small area. Thus some rooms on the backside open into the wall with no view. Plus the beach pathway is outside the hotel property and is a considerable walking distance.

The location of the hotel was good and as per expectation. The service, I would say, was pretty lethargic to begin with. The first day room cleaning happened at 4 pm. However, it went to normal timings henceforth. The food was expectant of a 3 star (not a 4 star). The bar services of happy hour was pretty good though - no complaints. The massage center was nice and very professional. The room in itself was good. In all, positive and recommended.
