Location-wise the hotel scores good points.

At the time of online reservation I saw a picture of 'suite rooms' at the hotel and accordingly I booked it for 4 nights. 'Suite room' in a hotel consists of a sitting lounge and a bed room. However upon arrival I was informed that the suite room is under construction and I was given 2 rooms interconnected with four beds available for 2 persons, me and my wife. This was a real joke and I think I have been cheated completely by charging for 'suite room' when there was no such room available.

I have to wait for 1 hour to get the room.

Its the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel was nothng as potrayed, the bathroom was in very bad conditions, no hot water, dirty floor, dirty sheets

Upon arrival we were allotted a room with broken wall painting and very musty smell. Upon refusing to accept the room we were given another room which was bit better. However the condition of bathroom was very poor and was not at all worth the room rent paid.

The hotel room and bathroom were very poorly finished. The corridor smelled of fresh paint and the hotel should have allocated a room on another floor. The worst thing is that there was no hot water in the morning. The hotel is in dire need for refurbishment. I would have rather stayed at the IBIS Hotel next door.

The hotel is old and not of 4 star standard.

The hotel is overpriced, however has the advantage of location. food is ok nothing great. overall people are helpful

Hotel is 5 minutes from the domestic terminal and 15 mins from the international terminal. Airport transfers are prompt. Bathrooms are not what expected of a four star hotel but excellent location with reasonable pricing outweighs it.
