Worst hotel I have stayed till now in my life. Location is too bad. To reach hotel guests have to climb mountain. Rooms are dirty. No co-opeartion from hotel management. No parking facility. car parking is to be done by paying huge amount of money. Rooms are very small and badly maintained. Room telephone, calling bell, TV not working.

The hotel service was bad and the rooms given to us were of two different size and had different facilities while we paid same amount for all the three rooms

The service of the hotel was good but problem was with the location, the facilities at the room. The location of the hotel is in kind of small hillock and have to walk all the way with the luggage (will be a good exercise though without the luggage). Next the room - it is very small that we didnÂ’t even have place to put in our clothes, and also walking around the room is quite difficult but the room rent is too high.

Hotel is situated in an ideal place. Room is nice and service of hotel people is very good.

The hotel service was good as well as location is also good. It is just one km far from Shimla Railway Station. Hotel should have a lift because hotel is on top of a hill, but as it's hilly area, it will not be possible.
