Good hotel, although i just stayed for the night i did not find anything to complain about the hotel

It is not all worth the money, doesn't look like a 3 star. A lodge would have been a better option.

Due to some personal work I need to cancel my trip and reservations. I expected the money to be credited back after deducting the service charge and cancellation charges, but it did not happen. After I call the customer executive, I came to know that the my hotel booking was non-refundabale. May be it would have been mentioned in the Terms and Conditions. If that was the case please put it in bold line or message should pop during the booking, since we are in a hurry we will not go through all the T&C. I hope management will consider my request.

The hotel was average, service was actually good. Location was good as it was near the railway station and the market places. I had no problems.

Best for Mumbai city.
