If distance is not a problem than hotel is good. Nicely maintained. Good food and hassle free services.

I stayed in Ayur county for 2 nights with my family. Location was excellent. Room was spacious also. Only problem I faced was with bathroom. There was some blockage in water slit. Otherwise very good experience. There was complimentary breakfast. It was also very good. Overall I will say this resort is a good place to stay. I will definitely stay there when I re visit Munnar.

The view from the hotel, the snow and the valley view was superb form the corridor. The restaurant service was very good and healthy. Transport facility to the munnar town and the sightseeing was arranged at best fare by the hotel people.

We booked 3 Standard Double rooms for 1 day. The hotel is located just besides the road and lots of milestone for the hotel was there on the way. Rooms were spacious and view was also good. Super value for money for stay. Food was not good though in the hotel. We only took the complimentary breakfast.

The location of the hotel makes it a must visit resort in the world. It is like you are up above the clouds.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was very co-operative and caring. We reached hotel at about 10 PM, which was closing time for dinner. Despite of that, hotel staff arranged for our dinner which was a very good gesture. The location was beautiful and little remote. Overall, it is ideal if you are going for relaxation and going to stay for more than 2 nights.

Frank to say I just recalled my days in Scotland. The location of the Ayur Country Resort is awesome and so relaxing, hotel is located about 15KM from Munnar town but there are lot of buses to reach since the hotel is on the main road of Munnar to Madurai, surrounded by tea estate, hills playing with clouds. You can choose rooms with different views through windows and gallery, Hotel rooms were very hygienic, food is little costly but you never feel hungry if you are real nature lover, I strongly recommend to anyone who really need some place to relax, just plan it to Ayur Country, All together our 2 days stay at Ayur Country was very relaxing, worth for money. One thing I would like say by heart is "You really feel like you are with GOD" Dont miss it .....

A very decent experience. The only drawback we had was the distance from the Munnar town, mainly because we had rented a bike for sightseeing. The 22 km distance from Munnar town to the hotel translates in to a longer journey because of the terrain. On a bike, this can be a little risky as well at times. However, this distance will help you in two ways if you are ready to enjoy it. One, the view on the way to the hotel is a excellent, complete with a waterfall. If you are someone who wants to stay in a peaceful area for few days, and not much in to sight seeing, this will be the best place for you because its far away from the noisy town and busy roads. Its just serene beauty all around you. If you are in Munnar for few days of peaceful stay, do not think twice, but if your plan is for one or two days, and sightseeing is your priority, you may need to think well before opting for this. You may end up buying dinner from the hotel, since there are not many options for you to go out.
