It seems to be a fly by night operation, not at all professionally run. More like a PG accommodation.

I could not find the hotel at its supposed address even after searching Sir Pochkanwala Road for 3 hours. This place does not have any functional telephone numbers and I was unable to contact them over phone. There is no signboard or indication of the existence of this hotel.
