Arya Niwas is a popular family managed hotel that aims to provide quality accommodation at reasonable prices. A former mansion of one of the feudal lords of the former Jaipur state, the 150 year old main hall of the hotel has been retained and repainted using natural colour from plants and stones. The hotel is constructed such that there are courtyards and open spaces at regular intervals within the complex and natural light penetrates to all corners of the building.
