Hotel is near to Bandra Terminal. Location is good but bathroom is small not sufficient for bathing, all other is O.K. like as room service, quality of food, room condition, aircondition, etc.

It looks ugly from the outside and extremely hidden entrance with steep flight of narrow steps leading to reception. But itÂ’s a good experience after that with clean tidy rooms, excellent service, cooperative staff, wi-fi access etc. Washroom was a tad on the smaller side but I the recommend hotel for the value conscious. Excellent location, very near to Bandra station.

The hotel was easily locatable off Western Exp Highway, next to Bandra Court - took me 50 bucks by auto-rickshaw from the airport to the hotel. The check-in process was swift and the persons were warm. They welcomed me into this nice and cozy little room (room no. 206). The boys were helpful - when I asked for the nearest newspaper stall, I was told that newspaper was available at the reception itself. The restaurant below made the stay easier as good food was available right below. I stayed for one day and surely felt like coming back here next time.

This is a budget hotel for those who would be requiring a room only to sleep and a clean toilet. The location is great too!!

The hotel has many good things like courteous staff, good location, value for money space, good toiletries etc. but the painful part was that a good portion of the room's roof-plaster was in bad condition giving it ugly form. It was due to seepage/leakage of water. The consolation part was that at 10.30 p.m. after pointing it, some 3-4 persons appeared to see and discuss about the reworking of the portion. The other avoidable thing was AC. It was hardly giving any cooling despite keeping it at lowest level. It was ok for me as I had to pass the night only but for longer duration of stay and in hostile season it could have been difficult to remain there. The staff expressed their inability to shift me in another room putting the reason that there is no vacancy in the booked room category.

I stayed for 2 nights, itÂ’s a good hotel overall. The rooms are fine, the stair case leading to rooms are bit congested, but for the cheap tariff they offer the hotel is too good. A/C was running fine. It has an easy access to airport, Rs. 20-25 auto fare to Bandra SV Road. Breakfast was not that good, tea was pathetic. But they have a good hotel downstairs. Best suited for people who want to go to airport, or couples who want a roam around in Mumbai and stay for the night.

The hotel has a good and convenient location. It is easily accessible from Dadar Railway Station and the Airport. Early morning service at around 0630 - 0730 hrs was tardy. Maybe difficult to even have a cup of tea before catching a morning flight.

The hotel is simply lovely with well furnished rooms and complete value for money. The staff is also very co-operative. What lacks is only the small entrance and no parking space. And the rooms are a bit small in size, rest everything is simply perfect wtihout giving you a chance to complain about anything. Even the room service is very prompt. Highly recommended.

I am fully satisfied with the hotel management and room service staff. They have been very polite and helpful. I would like to narrate an incident where my small daughter was sick in the middle of the night and I received a lot of help from the receiption desk. Very well done job!! I will not hesitate to reccomend this hotel for any traveller to Mumbai.

The hotel is located in prime location and is easily accessible from Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra Station and the airport. The restaurant attached is quite good as well. The room was pretty small and so was the washroom.

The hotel package was value for money but the issue of extra time stay charges on early morning arrivals say 6 AM instead of 12 AM need to be finalised with hotels in advance.

I was in this hotel for complete 8 days. Since I was a business traveller, the location, food service of hotel did not make much difference. However, if you are booking for a family trip, please be ready for a rusty location, average to low food quality. Rooms are too small. Hotel guys are courteous and service is satisfactory.

We were completely dissatisfied with the hotel we booked. It is definitely not a hotel to go with family. The stares are too narrow (2 feet wide) and low roofs. Gentry are also a bit sleazy.

Hotel has poor maintenance. Rooms have seepage and dampness and smell of fungus. Bedlinen is not clean. Room size is very small and so are the toilets. Double bed in the room can accommodate only single person barely.
