A hotel that has seen Nainital grow in its two decades of existence, Arif Castles has been renovated numerous times to ensure that its guests are treated to the best and the latest facilities that the times have to offer. With 66 tastefully decorated rooms that are divided into five categories, namely Deluxe rooms, Super Deluxe rooms, Family rooms, Deluxe suites and Executive suites. The Super Deluxe rooms offer a spectacular view of the valley below. While all rooms are well appointed with a television and telephone, the suites offers additional amenities like a big screen television, a study table and a comfortable seating arrangement. Guests have access to other in-room amenities like tea / coffee maker, and an attached washroom with 24 hours hot and cold running water supply.

Dining facilities include Verandah, a 24-hour coffee shop that serves a range of beverages and snacks and a multi cuisine restaurant that serves mouth-watering delicacies. Aab-o-Dana, the multi-cuisine restaurant offers a fine selection of delectable Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes. For the comfort of guests, 24 hours in-room dining service is offered by the hotel. Besides these, Arif Castles has an outdoor dance and dine area with a live bonfire called 'The Fire Place'.

Arif Castles offers state-of-the-art conference/banquet facilities in its well-equipped hall 'Darbar Hall' that can accommodate up to 120 guests at a time. 'Roof Top' is another conference / banquet venue of the hotel that can accommodate up to 60 guests in theatre style.
