Bed sheets and towels were dirty, had to request to change them. Pool needs cleaning too. Table cloth in Restaurant were also dirty. No internet connection. Dissatisfied.

The Hotel was Good. Needs some renovation in the room and bathroom.

Room condition was very poor for a costly Deluxe A/C Room. On asking for a change was told no rooms available even though our booking was done nearly 2 months ago. Also I would like to point out that the front desk has people who are trying to rip off people. On asking if autos ply early morning (to catch train was told no) and that we can book taxi for 2 km for 400-500 bucks by a youngster called Gomsy/Tonsy at front desk. Later inquires proved he was lying and auto's do ply. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The hotel is quite close to Alleppey Station, but the room we booked had ventilation problem and used to stink a lot. The washroom wasnÂ’t that clean either.

Externally the hotel looks beautiful but the rooms are not well ventilated. We had booked non air-conditioned deluxe rooms which were on top floor. Rooms were very-very uncomfortable even in the month of December. Food quality was good but service was very poor regarding buffet system.

The hotel is a business hotel and hence, brings the benefits of a business hotel such as good location, clean rooms, modern amenities. However, if you are traveling for leisure, it is still a good place to stay! The view from my third floor room of tree tops was good. The boat jetty and beach are nearby. While the former is walking distance from the hotel, the latter is about two-three kms. The negatives: the staff at the front desk tend to be pretty clueless about distances and rates, etc. and hence, it is better to crosscheck information received from them. The room service is slow and food in general is a tad overpriced (the coffee is BAD!). Overall, if you are a leisure traveler who needs clean rooms, is confused by the plethora of homestay options on offer and wants to have a comfortable stay, Arcadia Regency is a good choice!

Although the hotel is located in the heart of the city, but it gives you an easy access to all locations right from the beach to the boat jetty. Everything is about a 15 - 20 minutes walk away. The hotel staff is very courteous and well trained. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The quality of food was also good. They have a nice roof top pool as well. Hospitality at its best for the price you pay. Overall, for my stay I give them a thumb up and in the future I will definitely come back here again.
