Although the hotel is located in the heart of the city, but it gives you an easy access to all locations right from the beach to the boat jetty. Everything is about a 15 - 20 minutes walk away. The hotel staff is very courteous and well trained. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The quality of food was also good. They have a nice roof top pool as well. Hospitality at its best for the price you pay. Overall, for my stay I give them a thumb up and in the future I will definitely come back here again.

Good location, excellent food - worth the money paid!

This hotel was a surprise for me as the entire staff were friendlly and they were in a way happy that I was a guest through MMT and once I gave the details they did not even ask for th voucher as they said they would download the same. In a way it was a privilege. Generally I have a feeling that the front desk staff are not friendly but in Arcadia it was totally different. They were very customer friendly and were attentive not only to me but to other guests too.

It was a nice hotel located in the center of town, great for a business traveller, unfortunately we were tourists wanting to see the backwaters and there we found much better resorts in the backwaters itself which would have been ideal for us.

Hotel provided quality services which were excellent value for money and provided the ambience of a big city hotel in Alleppey.
