Hotel was under renovation. Room is good but commmon facilities (indoor restaurant) do not benefit from the river view.

Hotel is well located along the banks of River Beas at Kullu, room service is good, but general maintainence of the Hotel rooms, specially the wash room is not "A" class, but considering the tarrif of 2995/- it is expectable & adjustable!

Excellent manners of staff except that some waiters don't watch over and guess the client's need. The hotel needs some maintenance and pruning of the hedges. Cleanliness needs to be improved further. Cracks in masonry need to be addressed immediately. The riverside is littered and the hotel should employ staff to keep it impeccably clean. Children play area needs to be cleaned and maintained properly (The see saw was rusty and the parallel bars were not of the desired standard).... Liquor rates need to be more rational (That can attract more customers).
