The hotel was awesome. The location of hotel was very nice. It was at top of all hotels which gives nice view from all side of hotel and gives feeling of higher. All the staff was very gentle man. And the service was much quickened and comfort. The SPA in apple country was very good where we had ayurvedic massage. Disco was very nice. Value for money. IÂ’m impressed with the room service. only one thing lacks in this hotel...doctor on call facility should be available as many tourist stay this hotel. medicine was available but in the night doctors also should be available on call in emergency.

This is one of the good hotel in Manali. Nice experience, we availed Breakfast+ diner +super deluxe room combo which was worth paying. One of the best hotels for Manali location. Easy check in & check out. Very good food & services. I would recommend.

Very good service

The hotel is quite far from mall area, the hotel site claims to provide "courtesy pick and drop from mall" However if you ask one they will charge Rs 100 / Rs 150 (depending on their own mood) . Hotel Registered me as Subhash aggarwal , However I reminded them to change to my actual name as Saurabh Aggarwal, after 4 attempts it was noticed by me that my charge slip was showing Subhash aggarwal on check out as well. The night auditor was well informed by me a night prior from my check out to correct my name on which he confirmed to have every thing ready and I trusted his words. As I was in hurry I just kept the receipt and checked out. On my way back home I was shocked to see such a careless and unprofessional attitude that my name was again showing as SUBHASH Aggarwal...... I am still in pain that how can a hotel ignore me after charging me 14k and that to why I had to pay for subhash aggarwal ?????

Excellent hotel. Good for couples.

Hotel is really nice. I didn't find a single problem at the hotel. Hotel staffs are gentle and polite. Food is excellent (only vegetarian is available ). Room service is good too.

I think this hotel has all the things, best location, service and cleanliness. The only thing it has to do is to work little bit on food part.

Construction work was going on when we arrived. Honeymoon Suite was not what we expected it to be. Size of the room was very small. Not worth for the money paid.

Had a very pleasant stay at Apple Country. Food quality is very good. This hotel is situated at highest peak near Manali log huts and gives a clear view of nature. Not to mention that apple country is pure vegetarian resort. Hotel lawn is quite big as compared to other hotels and maintained in an excellent manner. Overall stay at hotel is excellent. Hotel staff is very humble. Service level offered is also excellent. Will recommend this to everyone, especially vegetarians.
