Decent hotel but slow services.I booked 2 std a/c rooms with 2beds and 3beds respectivly. One room with 2 beds was very good but in other room a/c was not working for whole of our 4 days stay and water was not there in wash basin for first 2 days.

Nice location and friendly staff, could do better if internet facility could be provided.

Good - near to airport, pick and drop facility. Bad - give basement rooms that stink like hell.

The hotel is well located, you can see the greenry and sea at the backside of the hotle. It's nice for a middle class, low budget customer. Being North Indian and vegetarian the food was not very good for me. People were very polite. Service was ok not the best but ok. Charges are affordable. If they improve their services then it could be three or four star.

Very good behaviour of all the staff inspite of limited infrastructure.

The staff at this hotel is very customer-friendly, especially Mr. Ravi and Mr. Shanmugam.

Well located Hotel and services are excellent.
