Anandritz lies prettily amid Matheran's verdant hills, its cottages undulating with winding pathways running around the swimming pool in the centre.

Anandritz is located a 5-minute walk away from the main market, near the thick of things but away from the chaos. The railway station is a 10-minute walk away.

Hotel Facilities
Anandritz has a ritzy discotheque complete with state of the art light and sound system. The lobby has video games on the first floor and the hotel offers body massage as well (7 AM to 11 PM; Rs. 200 per head). In the sprawling tree shaded grounds, there is a play area for children as well as a Volleyball/Badminton court.

Room Amenities
The 53 rooms are divided into Duplex, AC Super Deluxe, AC Villa Suite, AC Family Suite and Royal Suite. The AC Super Deluxe rooms are spacious, with a small dining table for two people, television, couch, intercom and a separate dressing room. The washroom comes fitted with a bathtub, soap, shampoo and has hot and cold running water from 7 am to 11 am

The Royal Suite has similar amenities but more ornate furniture in keeping with its name. The wardrobe, writing table and the bed have an antique look to them.

Dining
Anandritz has a restaurant that serves Veg. Gujarati/ Marwadi lunch buffet (1 PM to 2:30 PM) and Chinese/Punjabi dinner buffet (8:30 to 10 pm). South Indian cuisine is served for breakfast (7:30 AM to 10 AM) while tea and coffee is served between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM

Hotel also serves pure Jain food.
