This home stay is located at one of the quiet ends of Madikeri. It was my first homestay and so was a little apprehensive of does/donÂ’t. However, it was a nice experience. The rooms are very well furnished and comfortable. The only sore point was a lack of dinner/ lunch service.

This place is very clean and well kept. The caretaker was very helpful and provided all help. Location is also not far from bus stand. Kitchen facility was very useful. Strongly recommend this place to everyone. Particularly families.

Its a nice place for home stay.

The home stay here has been a pleasant experience. There are 3 rooms with a common place which is very cozy. The host is very friendly and the rooms are well maintained. There is a beautiful garden outside the home stay and a small Coffee Plantation.

Extremely happy with the short stay I had in Anand Nilaya. Host really made the stay more enjoyable with nice home made traditional breakfast. I strongly recommend to someone who is looking for a home stay in Coorg. Call the host before you reach the place.

Rooms were well kept. The excellent location, calm atmosphere. Well airy and well lit.

Enjoyed the stay at Anand Nilaya. It was nice of the aunt to give us the room at 6 in the morning, helped us with tea and breakfast etc. early in the morning. She also helped with cabs/auto etc. all the time. Enjoyed 2 days sightseeing she suggested. Breakfast was just too good. Only thing was there was renovation work happening - but that too did not trouble us that much. So overall worth staying there and was a nice experience.

It was a great experience staying in a home stay surrounded by coffee estates. Awesome interiors and well furnished home, more or like similar to a luxury suites of 5 star hotel. Nice to have stay in Anand Nilaya, will enrich us this home stay experience for the life long. Would like to recommend to all who are gonna stay for their holidays and also have a feel like their home, with all privacy. :)

This is my first home stay ever and my most prominent impression about the place is "hospitality". I reached Coorg 4:30 AM, thanks to Volvo, and have no where to go. With hesitance, I called the home stay number, house owner picked the call and, to my surprise, without any irritation, she asked us to come to the apartment and made the apartment ready in the morning itself. She is very nice and polite. The place is open and very spacious. You can't expect so much of space in any hotel. The place was clean and very well maintained. Every morning breakfast was mouth watering and in good quantity. Kitchen had freeze, utensils, milk, tea bags and coffee. The home stay is more like home and less like a hotel, so if you are coming up with expectation of a hotel kinda service then this is not a place for you. But if you want to stay at a calm and peaceful place, away from the hassle of city, then this is the place.
