Though the ambience and the food were good but the services were not good at all. The shower of the room was not working at all and the flow of water from the tap was pathetic. The room was not ready when we checked in at 8 in the evening even when the check in time was 12 in d afternoon. We had to stand 10 minutes but no body bothered to take our luggage. The only good thing about the hotel was its good food.

All services are fine, staff is cooperative and polite except that they cannot guide their guests on transports, useful information, etc. No data base of services with them. It only depends on the receptionist if he is in mood to guide you. They even did not tell that for transport, a taxi can be hired from ISBT, which is nearby. For every informtion I was depend on outsiders and road walkers only.

Rooms are small but clean and out of city but good communication. Near ISBT.

A new hotel which is away from the city noise and traffic hassels. It has neat and clean rooms. The restaurant is nice and it is reasonably good for a short stay.
