Alwar Overview
A former princely state, Alwar is a historic city set amidst a rugged and scenic landscape that is filled with natural and artificial lakes and ponds. The city also has forts, palaces, temples, and gardens. Last and not but the least is the wonder of the oldest (built in 1855) working engine in the world, found in the Fairy Queen Train.
