Not satisfactory.

The hospitality was excellent until we were informed about the Check Out. After that no one turned out up to help us in shifting in luggage or to collect even the room keys.

Food is awesome. Hotel staff is very cordial. Location and area around hotel is ideal place for family to spend time. Nice place to stay. View is good from hotel.

Location of hotel is good but food quality is very bad...will not recommend to take meal from the hotel.

As we had heard a lot about the poor conditions of hotels in Dalhousie, we weren't sure what to expect. But Alps Spa Resort was okay. The room we stayed at had a large French window overlooking their lawn. That really set the mood. The room was spacious, airy and clean. The toilet was quite large as well. We liked the food also which is quite reasonably priced. The hotel has its own parking lot which was definitely a plus point. Most importantly, we found the staff extremely helpful and cheerful. All of it made our stay at the hotel very comfortable.

The condition of the hotel is good, with remarks that management should provide bell switch outside each room so that when waiter or some body comes to room he must have facility to ring and person residing inside will come to know. Also request the management to clean the room everyday.

Hotel is situated at 4 km height from the base market so it is difficult to move in market. also there is no small shops or atm located nearby thus you will have to go to main market for every small need. Not every room was comfortable. Services and food was good.
