Beautiful, new hotel that was spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend if traveling to or from domestic and international airports.

Better use the hotel's cab for airport pick up and drop. This is for your safety, but it costs much more than the pre paid taxi.

The hotel is little bit more far away from the airport than I expected. I guess that was the reason the booked taxi from the hotel was also more expensive that O expected.

Hotel costs in India are very high. This hotel was very nice and the price per stay was good. The only problem was that in order to get connected to the internet I needed to change the configuration in my laptop.

Pros: Great service and courteous staff. Great deal with the combined cab on MakeMyTrip. Cons: Overpriced airport pickup, not sure how it can be a 4 star hotel without a bar (Yes you can pay for beer with cash in the room).

Everything was good but we were shocked to hear that there was no heating. It was cold and freezing, we had reached from Jaipur after a harrowing drive. With the fog and traffic we were looking for warmth. We were told that there was no heating policy or something like that but then one bell boy Dinesh, god bless him, did get us a heater and some extra cover. ItÂ’s surprising for the price that there is no heating. No other complaints.

The hotel was neat and well-situated. Every thing was good - the service, food, stay, location, staff, bathrooms. But I booked this hotel because of the free taxi service for 1 day within the city and a limit of 80 kms, but the hotel people were not aware of it. This was the only disappointing thing.

The hotel is conveniently located, though it seems we need to have identification for all the persons staying and pan card is not accepted, so you need to carry your passport/voter identity card or a driving license. It would be better if this is posted when we do the booking. Normally identification of the person who booked and is one of the guests would be enough.

I think they have started to open restaurants. Since it is a new hotel it is taking time. They should expedite that. I strongly recommend the hotel.

They charge Rs. 650 plus taxes for airport pickup through Indica car which is usually free in most hotels. Airport is 3 km from hotel. They charge Rs. 850 plus taxes for airport drop.

The hotel is not known to the taxi drivers at airport. It was a job to locate it. Bathroom is not maintained well. Hotel charges exorbitantly for airport drop which ought to be free.

This hotel will not suit for business travellers. The hotel looks like leisure resort and far off from city. The hotel does not have health club and swimming pool. The reception and house keeping personnel need training to handle business travellers.

The telephone was not working in the room and to order room service I had to go to other room and request. Surprisingly they did not repair even after complaint. Next day when the car reported at reception, they did not inform us that the car has come. When I called travel agent, I came to know that the car was already there for more than an hour. When I asked the reception, they simply told my room phone was not working so they could not inform. Was not their duty to inform us by messenger, if telephone was not working, it again was because of their fault not mine.

Lack of training to the hotel staff, poor management. Its marriage lawn is converted into a hotel for the non marriage season business. So the staff working there has marriage lawn culture. Very poor in all services.
