Refrigerator was not working despite many requests for repair. Hot water facility was not present in the washroom. There was also lots of noise outside the room making us uncomfortable.

Well, I did not have much expectations when I booked this hotel based on customer reviews. Everything was perfect for me. Pick up person was already waiting for me with my name tag when I arrived at International Airport (I have given my arrival and departure details while booking). Check in was prompt and courteous, room was nice clean, staff was very polite and helpful, room service was nice, restaurant was good, food was also good with reasonable price and at the end drop off person was already waiting for me when I checked out. Location is nice as far as travel to/from airport is concerned - 10 min from Intl Airport and 5 min from Domestic Airport. Overall they made my stay a pleasant experience. I would like to go back there and recommend this hotel to others.

Good location, good service and overall decent value for money. The hotel arranged for pick up and drop at the airport, the staff were courteous. Food was one of the best I have had recently, just that the food price could have been a bit lower. I would most probably be visiting the hotel again if I visit Mumbai again.

The hotel was in a convinient location. I went in a bus and it stopped right in front of the hotel. The room was nice as per the photos shown. It came complete with a dental kit,hair oil etc. Staff was nice.

Ideal location for overnight stay. Service is efficient and upkeep has improved after renovation of the rooms.

This hotel is just located at a walking distance from domestic airport in Mumbai. Rooms are clean but needs some maintenance. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Tariff is little expensive compared to other properties located around the airport.

Hotel staff was helpful.

It is too close to the airport and feels like living in the airport terminal. Pickup from airport promised but did not take place. Dropped me OK. The bed was fine and I could make tea or coffee.

Good hotel to stay.

The hotel is within 0.5 km of the airport which is very convenient. It has all the amenities of any 3/4 star hotel. The hotel's staff were courteous and professional. The restaurant inside the hotel had an awesome variety of items.
