The Room was spacious & clean. We were happy that although we reached at late night, the extra bed which we had ordered was already placed in the room. The services & the staff was good. The only negative point I felt was the location was slightly inside and that too around a corner where there is a common dustbin which is stinky. The place is safe and worth the value for money.

It is located near Bhandari bridge near travel busstop ( easy to reach railway & golden temple . It is budget type hotel. service is good,value for money.

Location, room and services were above average. But the food was charged too high - spoilt the whole stay at time of check out.

Thanks for asking my feedback. I was staying in room # 109. Well, I was about to complaint you rather than feedback about this hotel. I really deserve a refund as it was fewer hotels and more like haunted house. From outside it looks like Great building but as soon as I entered I started getting some glimpses of this horrible place. The first thing the food is really sad. I ordered Chinese food and it taste was very bad. The hot and cold water machine in bathroom was not in working condition. There was no mineral water in stock and I was forced to drink the local water which tasted bad. The water of bathroom was red in color. I was told that this is normal in our hotel. I should keep the tap open for 5 minutes and them later the red water will turn normal. Most unfortunate was that front side of my room was full of flies. Earlier those flies were outside the room and later they entered the room. Slowly the flies were on our bed. None of us were able to sleep. The staff was arrogant and horrible.

Shabby ambience, dusty condition, linens not chnaged daily, food not available as per menu and room service is practically nil.

Lots of mosquitoes,poor service,food was not good.Dirty room,flush of bathroom is not working.

Hotel staff was very good and they arranged taxi for sightseeing, suggested best place to eat Amritsari cuisine. Hotel is located very close to railway station and major shopping areas.

Good hotel value for money. Good responce cleaning and staff is also good.

Pathetic, rats in room and disgusting food. Poor condition of the hotel.

The A/C Deluxe Rooms were a complete value for money - with well furnished rooms which had double beds, A/C, a table and two chairs, a dressing, and almirah with good storage space. The staff was warm and friendly.
