This hotel is best location and right at the heart of the city as there is many shops around, but i must say that this hotel food is simply great, staff are very helpful. I would recommend for single lady traveller, hotel is good but there are always rooms for upgrading which I am sure they must have in their plan. Overall it is worth for the money.

Though the rooms are clean and neat,the commode in toilet touching to wash basin platform and one can not sit on commode comfortably. The TV provided in the rooms are flat TV but the picture quality is too poor that we felt we are in 1980s and watching the Doordarshan programs.

Quite helpful and courteous staff. Can improve on the conditions of the bathroom. A little early breakfast would probably meet the urgent requirements of the guests. Necessarily needs to improve on the satellite television in terms of television sets and signal clarity. Better controlling (remote facility) of A.C. is also needed to meet the ideal standards.

Rooms are small. Toilet fittings are all out of order. Food quality not good. I will not recommend this hotel for others.
