ItÂ’s a great place, it has everything you want. For business purpose, this is a fine hotel. The staff is understanding. The night buffet was nice.

Located close to CIAL with excellant servises and good food. The buffet dinner is bit over priced but the excellant facilities and positive attitude of the staff over takes minus points, if any.

The room was dirty and the hotel reception staff was incompetent. Two different receptionists struggled to manage a normal flow of traffic through the hotel and often had 4 things going at once unsuccessfully. The breakfast was fine and the location is very convenient. I would not stay here again and instead get up 20 minutes earlier to take a cab from cochin.

This is the best for location with respect to airport access directly opposite from the terminals. It is a decent hotel with good facilities. Getting to town for other shopping is a long drive and if that is the main intent, it is not that convenient.
