Nice hotel, liked the food.

This is the best for location with respect to airport access directly opposite from the terminals. It is a decent hotel with good facilities. Getting to town for other shopping is a long drive and if that is the main intent, it is not that convenient.

A beautiful property with wonderful front desk, housekeeping and room service staff but with a very bad travel desk where we got literally no information about the local sightseeing. Linen in the hotel's restaurant & in our suite's sofas were very dirty. Could improvise their information given at their travel desk. Otherwise everything was good that made me book my next trip with the same hotel, already. Thank you.

Ideally located for the travelers in cochin international airport, this relatively new hotel is definitely value for money. Things which could improve- 1.Non smoking rooms could be located on a separate wing because the corridors are suffocating with smell of fag. 2. The furnishings in the room have the wrong choice of faded looking colors which could be a bit dirty as well. 3. Toilet seat cleanliness needs urgent attention 4.Could do with more than one face towels especially in twin rooms. 5. I found a hair in my omlette which didnÂ’t look very appetizing. Though the manager was very apologetic, this type of omissions wont go down very well with world travelers. The only thing I can say is, please look after your employees a bit better. 6. Gym is reasonably good. But few Staff were very helpful and friendly through out.

The staff of the hotel are courteous and well behaved. Room service is excellent. Room fittings and condition is also very-very good. Stay was enjoyable. Food was also good. For stay around the airport in Kochi itÂ’s a good deal.

The hotel is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay. 1) Location wise it is convenient if you are arriving and departing from the Cochin Airport. 2) The rooms are very spacious, elegantly furnished and very clean. 3) The food is also excellent. 4) Service of the entire staff is very good and well mannered. There is only one drawback I noticed. The pick-up from the airport is actually complimentary, since it is only about 1 km to the hotel from the airport, but we have to call the hotel and ask for it which was not told to us by the hotel or by MakeMyTrip. To get a transport (either an auto or a taxi) is very expensive just for a 1 km drive. We had to walk almost half a kilometer and we came across a taxi of Abad Airport Hotel and the driver was a very good man who dropped us to the hotel and informed us that all we have to do is call the hotel from the airport and they will come and pick us up. Had we known this earlier we would not have had to walk a half km.
