Room was compact and cosy, the AC and other eletrical equipments were in working condition and the view from the sixth floor was good. Though the distance factor could be set aside, but the absence of a kitchen is badly felt, since after finishing the day none likes to venture out for dinner, one prefers it at bedside. The restaurant at ground floor does not really fulfill that need. The Hotel badly needs an attached full fledged kitchen to expect customers to come back.

The accomdation was good but located far away from main city & in a commercial complex with no proper lift facilites.

The hotel Cable TV was distorted. Room Service don't have Tea in Menu. Tea cost was charged Rs.18 whereby every time it was only half cup.
