Except location everything ok.Hospitality by owner is Good.

There is not enough parking space available. They called us in the middle of the night to shift my car for another person. Rooms are ok but not value for the money we are spending. Will not recommend this hotel for anyone.

This homestay is run by a very hospitable lady who takes care of her guests well. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Amenities provided are as per expectations for a home stay. She provides excellent food if requested in advance. Overall an excellent experience.

Very neatly maintained clean rooms and the bathroom. Always ready to help and provide anything which we needed. The only drawback is that the access to the place is a bit narrow and smelly but this is no fault of the owners. just government ignorance. Dont get put off by the access, just enjoy the stay.

Its a VFM offering. Location is the only negative.

Our stay at 4 seasons homestay was pleasant. The lady who owns the place was very helpful in directing us to the places that we needed to see in Coorg. One night we had homemade Coorgi food, it was sumptuous and tasty. Just a few thoughts: a) It would have been better if the homestay had a brochure of the places to visit b)Would have been better if some more facilities like Internet connection was available. c)The rates for dinner (@ Rs.250/- per person) was on the higher side.At some homestays where we stayed, the rate was Rs.100/- per person. Maybe the food rates can be communicated to the guests when they reach the home stay before they order the food. d) Charges of Rs.2000/- for one day sightseeing in Coorg also seemed to be high. Have no idea whether we got our true value for money there.

4seasons Home stay is good. The services are too good. But the negative things are it is located 0.5 km away from the main road which you can't find very easily.

I booked a Double Bed Room. Unfortunately they had single cot in my room. Not sure why? Also they are charging Rs. 15 for 1 coffee. Not worth at all.

Deceptively located in a little street of Kushal Nagar, this home stay location provides good value for money, especially the home-made dinner, with deliciously made meat as well as vegetarian dishes, in generous portions. The personal rapport maintained by the operators of this establishment as well, makes the experience more than satisfactory.
