Hotel is nice and I have no issues. But my suggestion to anyone going to GOA is that spend some more money and stay in beach resort 8k-10k range and no need to spend on taxi which is expensive in GOA. AS when you stay in hotel like this, you end up spending 2K daily on taxi and its hassle also.

The hotel is located close to beach. We stayed in the room called Majorda. Based on their website its the largest room in the hotel. Room was clean.Washroom had a giant tub and separate shower area. Room service was fast. Hotel is located on the main road. You can walk outside from the hotel and you'll see lot of shops and restaurants. If you rent a scooter you can go anywhere. Baga beach is about 15 minutes of drive on a scooter. Hotel is located closer to Candelum beach than Calangute beach. Calangute beach is further away. You'll have to take the scooter to this beach. It will easily take 15 mintues on a scooter.

Everything is great except the quality of bed sofa. It should be soft, even the bed cover is not good condition. Same breakfast in morning...

It is an excellent place to stay in Goa specially in north Goa. All the beaches are near and other amenities are easily reachable.Hotel staff is beyond expectations and they will give their 100% to satisfy you. Food quality is also very good especially their breakfast.If anyone is interested in north Goa then its a best deal and value for money. One point where they are lacking is their bedding as I don't find it comfortable as they have joined two beds to make it double bed which is actually made for two. My room name was Colva and it was complete in all respects. If going again to north goa,I ll prefer to stay there again.

Pros: 1. Location is so close to the happening beaches. 2. Hotel is well maintained and decent staff. 3. Hotel staff is friendly with arranging vehicles to commute. 4. Decently helpful and cooperating with the check-in and check-out times. Cons: 1. The rooms are very very small compared to what is shown in the website. They claim that all rooms are of the same size, where as it's not entirely true. The prime reason why I booked the room despite being located on the busiest roads is looking at the rooms and their size. They gave me Anjuna and totally denied to change the room even when they had free rooms. I felt a bit cheated with the room size. 2. Staff is inexperienced. They need to improve in serving dinner/lunch. 3. The leisure pool is an utter waste. It could have been bigger, coz the rest of the terrace is totally unused.

I went to GOA for the first time, and I did not know which location of the GOA is well suited for someone like me, who wanted to visit almost every beach of north Goa, city of Punjim and Old Goa. The hotel is located at the best possible place. As far as room and service is concern, I must say it was of high standard and staff was very professional and helping. Apart from that if you want to hire a bike, or get the tickets of boat tours, or anything you want, you just tell the security person (Mr. Jha) and he would arrange it for you. Overall it was good experience staying in 10 Calangute.

Went to Goa with my parents and decided to stay at 10 calangute after checking out almost every other hotel in the area on makemytrip in detail. Since there were 3 adults, i was looking some standard features 1) Location of the hotel 2) Closeness to the beach 3) Large, spacious rooms 4) Affordable inspite of all the others On all counts 10 Calangute was very good. I stayed in the superior room with terrace and it was delightful. This was the first one that had taken the attention to detail to the next level. eg. 1) The mini bar was fully stocked with complementary mineral water bottles along with other drinks 2) Excellent welcome drink 3) Wi-Fi access provided free - which I have not seen in most hotels 4) A good selection of free DVD's to watch. The rooms were well maintained, bathroom was large and clean. Only complaint is that room view is average (no sea view) and terrace seat covers were soaking wet due to rain.

Excellent hotel.Rooms are of 5star standard. Services were also excellent.Best hotel in Calangute at a better price.

The hotel is definitely value for money. We were surprised to see the facilities being provided at a very low cost (visited during monsoon). The rooms had an excellent finish along with the bathrooms. The bar was good as well. The behavior of the staff was particularly good who helped us a lot in deciding routes and hiring vehicles. All in all a pleasant experience and definitely recommended for all, especially couples!
